Player registration is from 09:15-10:15. First games kick-off at 10:30

* The event is supported by tEfas our own first aiders and club doctor.
* On-site catering and refreshments will be available through-out the day.
* DE Photos will be photographing games and will have digital photos available for sale on-site.
* Referrees are provided by Sussex and Worthing RFC.

The festival is played in two stages - qualifying leagues followed by knock-out competitions.
League played in groups of 4 with positions determining entry into the knock-out events.
Knock-out consists of Cup and Plate competitions. Top 2 teams from each league progress to Cup, 3rd and 4th placed to Plate.

Finals are expected to be played between 16:00-17:00

Player Registration

The attached form should be completed and handed in to the Control Desk on the first floor of the clubhouse by 10:15.

Pitch layout

Each age group has designated pitches for the duration of the event.

u18 = P1, u17 = P2, u16 = P4
u15 = P3, u14 = P5, u13 = P6

Club pitch marshalls are available at each pitch to ensure that games run to schedule and required equipment is available.

Festival Rules

Laws for the Festival will be as specified by the International Rugby Board (including the “seven-a-side variations”) but incorporating the changes specified in the attached Festival Rules.
