Youth Consent

Each manager must ensure they hold a valid signed consent form for each youth player.

Youth RFU Registration

Every youth player must be registered with the RFU. This registration will follow them throughout their rugby playing years. The attached form should be completed and forwarded with two passport photos to the Youth RFU Registrar (David Hinchcliffe).

Each manager must retain the ID cards for each player as proof or registration required at festivals and league fixtures.

Youth Serious Injury

This form must be completed whenever any player receives an injury while representing Worthing RFC that requires hospital treatment or is likely to prevent the player from training or playing rugby for 28
days or more from the date of injury.

The relevant team manager or coach must complete this form. This form should be completed retrospectively if an injury proves to be more serious than originally diagnosed at the time of incident.

A copy should be forward to the club office and the section chairman.
