| Latest News & Match Reports | Thanks to all sponsors, fund raisers, organisers from the Mini section, that made the mini section tour to Butlins in Minehead, such a huge success his weekend.
200 parents and players represented the club with fun and pride as well as playing some great rugby in the Tigers Challenge tournament.
This year the mini section has been raising funds for the fantastic charity, Chestnut Tree House. Through several events and activities, the section has raised over £1000 so far, £400 on this tour! Thank you to everyone's generosity.
The Madness theme continued over the weekend, the tour has proven to be a fitting end to the season for all.

Worthing U9s -Win the Sussex Championship | The format of the Sussex finals this year was that the 2 participating clubs entered 2 squads each. they each played 1 game.
Both scores would be added together to determine the champions.
Worthing Bulls won their game 10:4 (HT 3:2)
Worthing Sharks lost their game 8:10 (HT 3:6)
Making the aggregate score 18:14 to Worthing.
The players, coaches and spectators were a credit to Worthing RFC.
Sunday's performance was all the more satisfying given that 24 hours earlier all the players had been key in the U9's winning both the Worthing A and B festival, winning all 5 of their games in both festivals.

| Worthing U7s (Monsters & Dragons) had a full weekend of rugby last weekend which started with their home festival at Worthing RFC on Saturday.
The Monsters As were runners up in the A festival after a slim defeat to Lewis in their final game whilst the Dragon Bs had a strong afternoon finishing the day undefeated to lift the winners trophy in the B festival.
The weekends rugby did not end there for the Worthing U7s. with 2 teams making an early start to travel and compete in the hugely popular Vectis Rugby Festival on the Isle of Wight. ETIHAD CUP | Worthing under 8s were losing finalists in the Etihad cup at the Stoop on Saturday, a fantastic result out of 32 teams that Qualified for the finals day.
Winning their pool and beating Canterbury 6-4 in the Quarter final, Teddington 5-4 in the semi and losing 4-5 to Rosslyn Park in a tit for tat final.

| On a cold foggy Sunday morning in Windsor WRFC Monsters & Dragons (Worthing's Under 7's) arrived for their first tournament of the season, and for some their first competitive game of rugby ever. |  Winners at Crawley Worthing U9s have got their 2012-13 season off to a flying start, winning the first festival of the season. It was just reward for the effort the players and coaches have put in during pre-and early season training.
They won their 1st round Pool games, running in 17 tries, with only 4 against:
Worthing v Chichester 4 -3
Worthing v Crawley 7 0
Worthing v Hove 6 1
This ensured they played in the Gold Pool in the 2nd round where they won both games:
Worthing v Horsham 5 2
Worthing v Hastings & Bexhill 1 0
Worthings Player of the day was Leo Ravaudet whos tireless tackling and running was an inspiration to the team.

The Mini "BIG" Start of Season Party - Friday 28th September | Tickets on sale throughout the forthcoming weeks for a fantastic Party open to everyone.
A fun filled, exciting evening at the club, with proceeds going towards the 2013 Mini Tour Fund.
This is one not to be missed!

The under 12s get on their scooters and raise £800 for Mini Tour! |  So where are the dads? This Sunday, training took a different form for the Under 12s involving a fund raising scooter ride.
Equipped with scooters, helmets and a lot of enthusiasm, players, family and friends joined the route from Worthing Pier to East Preston with all proceeds contributing to the Mini Tour Fund.
The weather was very kind and the participants finished in good time and without injuries and finished with well deserved soft drinks and pizzas, kindly laid on by the owners of The Clockhouse in East Preston
Initial indications are that £ 800 has been raised on the day, a fantastic achievement by all!

Rugby League Success for Worthing Minis |  Sussex Merlins RL team Two players from Worthing U9s were part of the successful Sussex Merlins RL side which won at the Elmbridge Festival on Saturday. Archie Anscombe (back row -left) and Alexander Roberts (front row - right) joined players from Brighton, Hove and Pulborough in a comprehensive victory; they won all their pool games, the semi-final and the final without conceding a try. | A very excited Under 11s team accompanied the 1st team squad on Saturday for away visit to Hertford. Following the very kind invitation from Hertford, our boys played a 30 minute curtain raiser before the Raiders match.
